Do you really offer Free Returns & Full Refunds?
Of course, and we are not doing you any favours. It's your right as a customer. As per Islamic business principles, you are entitled to return any product that you don't like and it is our responsibility to refund your amount.
Do you have original books or copies?
All of our books are 100% original products. You can verify from the publisher, once your books arrive. All these books are either published by us, or ordered and collected personally from different publishers. We only sell official products from publishers who have copyrights & permission to print these books.
What if I receive a damaged book?
No problem, just send us the book back and we'll dispatch a fresh copy right away. All shipping charges will be covered by us.
